Maya Jane Coles is a DJ and this is her highly atmospheric debut album. "Easier to Hide" is a strong song with a powerful beat to underpin it. It could work on a dancefloor but also rewards listening to at home. "Blame" features rising star Nadine Shah who delivers a strong vocal. "Everything" is guested by Karin Park who really should be better known than she is. She delivers a vocal with a Björkish slant that brings the song into an intriguing realm.

"Wait for you" with Tricky is appropriately slow and suggestive. We also get a great song with Miss Kittin. Coles' debut is a fine record.
