Composer and multi-instrumentalist Ilias has a cool sound on his debut album. Opener "Never Use the Word Never" is soft and reminiscent of early Radiohead on a good day. The vocals are impeccably delivered. "If I See U" is a beautifully done song that puts the emphasis on Ilias' wonderful vocal and a guitar part that's very well played.

"September Memory" is a dreamy song with a mood that's very intense. Ilias' talent is apparent, as is his attention to detail. The closing song "Sometimes I Wonder" is an apt point to sign off on, Ilias playing a sophisticated number that's very pleasing to the ear. It's a lovely album all told.
