Rónán Ó Snodaigh is a member of eclectic folk band Kila and this is his fourth solo album. Opener "Half Full" is full of energy and muses over a familiar question. "Row away" is replete with the singer's urgent vocals and guitar playing. "Long Time Dead" sees O Snodaigh playing like he's on fire, and his words are sung in a rough yet tender voice. His almost bluesy expression enhances the song.

The title song finds a neat tempo and Rónán Ó Snodaigh's mix of folk and rock is ever persuasive. This album is rewarding and rich.
