Sarah Perrotta's music is ethereal and sweet but has enough edge to keep from being wallpaper. Her solo debut is full of sensitive yet strong songs.

Opener "Full of Grace" uses an accordion for flavor and it works. "Before the fall" is sweeping and lovely and reminiscent of Sarah McLachlan at her finest. "Steel" is harder edged and Perrotta's angelic vocals are to the fore. "Into Bloom" has an evocative lyric of love and another classy arrangement. Sarah Perrotta makes music that's good for the soul.
